List of Electric Meter Secret Codes from Various Brands
An electricity meter is an important device in every home or building to measure and monitor the use of electrical energy. In Indonesia, the State Electricity Company (PLN) is the main provider of electricity which is responsible for the regulation and distribution of electricity supply throughout Indonesia.
Well, for those of you who use a credit or token electricity meter, it turns out that there are several secret codes contained in this type of electricity meter. You can use this secret code to do a number of things, such as checking the condition of the PLN token meter or checking and others.

ITRON Brand Electric Meter Code
- 00 enter = Restart the meter (In case of failures or something needs to be checked).
- 03 enter = Knowing the total KWH of electricity that has passed the grace period.
- 07 enter = KWH limit.
- 09 enter = Power used.
- 41 enter = Electricity Voltage.
- 44 enter = Number of amperes being used.
- 47 enter = Amount of power being used.
- 54 enter = Last token code.
- 59 enter = Check the number of KWH of the previous charge.
- 69 enter = Total number of times the meter went off.
- 75 enter = Check the Prepaid PLN meter ID.
- 79 enter = Checks the minimum limit for alarms.
- 456xx enter = Changes the minimum alarm limit, for example 45610 for 10 KWH.
- 78 enter = Checks alarm delay in minutes.
- 123xx enter = Changes the alarm delay, eg 12330 for 30 minutes.
- 90 enter = Turn off the LED light.

HEXING Brand Electric Meter Code
- 800 Accept = Restart the meter (if there is a cancellation).
- 801 Accept = Checking the remaining KWH.
- 804 Accept = Checking the Prepaid PLN meter ID.
- 807 Accept = Checking the electricity voltage.
- 808 Accept = Checking the Ampere is currently being used.
- 809 Accept = The number of times the meter turns off.
- 812 Accept = Deactivates the KWH limit alarm.
- 814 Accept = Checking the power being used.
- 815 Accept = Date of last token payment.
- 817 Accept = Knowing the total KWH of the last charge.

In order to check certain information and settings on a STAR brand power meter, the following codes can be used:
- 07 enter = Checks the remaining KWH remaining on the meter.

- 37 enter = Check alarm delay in minutes.
- 65 enter = Check the ID of the connected Prepaid Electricity Meter.
- 76 enter = Check the number of KWH that was last filled.
