PLN's Limit of Authority with Customers

Does anyone know how far PLN's authority in electrical installations in our homes?

If not, we will try to discuss it together.

We as homeowners often associate everything related to electricity, is the responsibility of PLN (State Electricity Company).  In fact, in Law Number 30 Year 2009 concerning electricity, PLN's authority only transmits electricity from the network to the KWH meter limit at #SobatWilson's house, while from the KWH meter to the installation in the house is entirely the authority of #SobatWilson as a customer and homeowner.

CUSTOMER

Electrical installation in the house

• Lighting
• Sockets etc.

PLN

• Low Voltage Network
• House Connection
• Limiting and Measuring Device (KWH)

If there is a disturbance in the electricity network at KWH it is the responsibility of PLN to carry out maintenance and repairs, therefore #SobatWilson should not tamper with KWH carelessly, besides being dangerous, you can even get a penalty from PLN. Better to contact PLN 123 Contact Center directly for further handling.

However, if there is a disturbance or damage to the installation in the house, it is the responsibility of the homeowner, so #SobatWilson can repair it without having to call PLN.
