- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting/Auditing or related discipline required.

- Have experience minimum of 2 years in the same position as Head of Accounting/Accounting Manager or 4 years in Supervisor.

- Having experience in the Manufacture Industry will be advantage.

- Proficient in Accounting Systems such as ERP also in tax reporting systems (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, etc)

- Have good analytical thinking, ability to handling large amounts of data & work accurately with close attention to detail.

- Preferably candidate has certified in Brevet Tax (AB and C)

- Prior experience preparing information for audits.

- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to set priorities.

- Willing to be placed in Bitung Area, Kabupaten Tangerang.

- Manage and oversee daily operations of accounting department and Prepare FS Consolidation reports on monthly, quarterly & annual basis.

- Report accurate & submit repots in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines for internal/ external.

- Ensuring compliance with all statutory accounting (preferably understand PSAK 73); external Auditor, OJK and Tax Compliance,

- Manage and laise with auditors, IT, & OJK.

- Develop, implement and review all strategic SOP and policy-related with finance & accounting that work to minimize financial risk.

- Verifies contract for groups and performs credit reference checks for direct billed group if necessary.

- Review reconciliations of all significant account balances including bank accounts, bank loans, fixed assets, deposits and payables.
